We switched things up a bit with this batch, by using Citra in place of Strata Hops. And what a delicious decision that was!
A double IPA that’s bursting with hop aroma and flavour. Aromas of tropical fruit, including pineapple, mango, and papaya, give way to a sweet graininess reminiscent of honeysuckle. A resinous hop flavour dominates, spanning tropical fruit to citrus with a hint of dank. It finishes smooth with a hint of alcohol and a low lingering bitterness.
